Architectural BIM modeling is priced per square meter by level of detail: 0,050 UF/m² at LOD 100-200 (concept design, massing, feasibility), 0,10 UF/m² at LOD 300 (permit set, developed design) and 0,18 UF/m² at LOD 350-400 (construction docs, detailing). Rates drop through marginal tiers, so the price per square meter decreases as the project grows. As a reference, 100 m² at LOD 300 costs 9,25 UF ($378.177).

Standard modeling is geometry only: the model without BIM information, without materials and without finished drawings. It works for massing studies, renders and presentations. It costs 70% of BIM modeling: 0,070 UF/m² at LOD 300 versus 0,10 UF/m² for BIM. BIM modeling includes the parametric information of the project and its associated documentation.

A marginal scale by floor-area tier is used: the first 50 m² are charged at 100%, 51 to 200 m² at 85%, 201 to 1,000 m² at 65% and above 1,000 m² at 45%. It depends on the production level and resolution. A commercial video costs 19,86 UF per minute in 4K and 14,89 UF per minute in Full HD. A cinematic video, with higher lighting and render quality, costs 66,98 UF per minute in 4K. Licensed music (3,67 UF) and a professional voiceover (3,67 UF) are quoted separately, per project.

Coordination can be charged by floor area (0,025 UF/m²) or monthly (35,00 UF per month) when the project needs continuous support. As-Built at LOD 500, the model updated to the finished works, costs 0,12 UF/m². Meetings and project management are charged at 1,00 UF per hour.
