What documents does an executive project include?
The technical package includes architectural drawings (floor plans, sections and elevations), construction details, door, window and finish schedules, technical specifications, and the plumbing and electrical installation projects. This documentation allows contractors and builders to bid accurately and execute the work without ambiguity.
How are disciplines coordinated in an executive project?
We coordinate all disciplines (structure, plumbing, electrical and MEP installations) directly on the BIM model. This coordination detects interferences between systems before construction and resolves them on the drawings, avoiding costly on-site modifications.
Does the executive project serve to obtain building permits?
Yes. The documentation is developed in accordance with current regulations and is prepared to support submission to the corresponding building department. When the municipality requires it, we adapt the documentation to local formats and requirements.
