What is BIM modeling and how does it work in practice?
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a methodology that builds a digital model of the building with geometric and technical information for every component. Unlike traditional 2D drawings, the BIM model allows coordinating disciplines, extracting drawings automatically, calculating quantities and detecting interferences before building, with absolute control over the life cycle of the works.
What does 3D architectural visualization include?
Architectural visualization includes high-fidelity photorealistic renders, animated walkthroughs and detail views that communicate the project with impact. We use render engines such as V-Ray and Twinmotion, complemented with parametric modeling in Rhino and Grasshopper for complex geometries.
How is BIM combined with drone surveys?
We carry out aerial drone surveys and photogrammetry to document the real state of the site and existing constructions. The captured data is integrated into the BIM model as a faithful base of reality, allowing us to model, coordinate and control the works on site-verified information.
